August 22nd & 23rd is Los Angeles’ best summertime street festival ~ Sunset Junction~ The Junction hosts a slew of local and major bands from all around the world, street vendors from the local Silver Lake & Los Feliz, Beer Gardens, Beautiful People and Good Times.

El Tres Inn is located at the West Sunset Boulevard Entrance to the Junction. Prime spot to hang before, during and after the Festivities. We’re renting out our Suites to all those Sunset Junction Lover’s who want to stay in the middle of the action but want a home-base to kick-it and get out of the hot sun from time to time. Renting our Suites for the weekend, you get access to the Junction AND All-Day Access to our very own party in the parking lot (Chavolot). It’s all inclusive w/ your suite rental.
Chavolot is hosting live bands all day Saturday and deejays all day Sunday. It’s happening right in the El Tres Inn/El Chavo Parking Lot. It’s also going until 11 pm, so it’s a great spot to continue the party after Sunset Junction dies down!!!
